Great location in the city center, walking distance to main attractions and close to public transportation. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from, including local specialties. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
The rooms were a bit noisy, especially if you were close to a busy street or alley. The size of the rooms was also a bit smaller than expected, but still comfortable enough for our stay.

Helpfulness of staff, cleanliness of room, fantastic location
Breakfast was average. Good enough to start your day and the selection was decent but it was nothing special

The hotel's location is the perfect spot for a city break. Just a few minutes' walk from the bustling markets and the main tourist attractions, it was easy to explore and enjoy everything the city has to offer. the staff were also very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay. the breakfast spread was amazing, with lots of tasty treats to try and enjoy.
That the room was a bit noisy. We could hear some street noise and occasional guests arriving late at night, but it wasn't too bad and didn't really affect our overall experience.

The geographic sitiuation in the touristic area (Bazar, Sultan Ahmet...)
I did a lot of hotels before, but I never been in a hotel so much noisy. Impossible to sleep, to do the nap...doors slamm, walls poorly insulated. Avoird the 4th floor, just under the roof restaurant.

The Hotel is small and tidy. I enjoyed the stay specially the breakfast at the roof overlooking the bosphorus. I also like the location close to the street car station. Although most Taxi drivers don't know the place at all you must carry a map with you to reach the hotel. The only bad think t this hotel is that you can hear what is going on in the next door room.

It was a relatively clean hotel within the premises itself and basic taken care of. Decent for budget customers.
Although it was advertises and was approx 250 meters for Grand bazaar, it was a steep slope to walk uo to the grand bazaar. The full250 meters!! I thought the location in general was extremely weak and very unpleasant unless you are in the leather business and have a problem staying a few minutes away from your market. Absolutely will not rexommend any tourist this place compared to rest of istanbul. Desk services were basic and were struggling to give any advice on how to get atound istanbul. Would not ever stay here again. Does not justify or compliment the experience of Istanbul

Hotel is small, but very clean and stuff is friendly. Close to main street and Grand Bazaar. Safe in the room, modern lift. Bathroom is acceptable and clean. Even if my room was very small, I felt well.
Location is "dark" and cheerless. To reach the main street and Grand Bazaar you must walk up the hill. Poor breakfast, but it is the same in all hotels of this level in Istanbul.
